Theatre Educator

     Matthew hails from New Rochelle, NY. He has an M.S. Ed. in Educational Theatre from City College of New York and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from SUNY New Paltz.

     

     As an arts educator, Matthew has taught in NYC schools, after-school programs, religious schools, and summer camps, overseeing theatre progamming for students of all ages.

 

     Outside of the classroom, Matthew is an active theatre artist. A trained actor and singer, Matthew has performed in numerous productions. He is an avid theatre-goer and all around consumer of theatre, using his real-life experience to strenghten his pedagogy.
